be that control the copyrights, and trademarks to " The Crow ". The film,
nor the comics, or graphic novels, or any other likeness of any character,
or work of this franchise. It is not our intent to violate those copyrights.
Our express mission, is to aid, and support in the creation of an uncut
version of the film "The Crow", and is a tribute to Brandon Lee, James O' Barr,
and Pressman Films. It has been documented, that the cost associated with
making a directors cut version of this film, would prove too costly, and
this is where we help. We, the fans of " The Crow ", are pulling together,
in our resources and talents to create such a version of this film. It is
not slated for distribution, and/or sale without permission from "Pressman
Films", or "Crowvision Inc.". As of this date and time, we have had no success
in locating the parties that hold the copyrights to " The Crow " to acquire
permission, and we do wish to do so.

for this project, as it is now, we must go forward and create it.
The cry of the fans of " The Crow ", is that they really wish to see this
Completed. We are not looking for a law suit, as this is non
profit. No proceeds are going into anyone's pockets here, not on the
creation of this version of this film, nor this web site. It is believed
by us, the fans, that this work is public domain, and is creative inspiration
at best.
